A Reassuring Service at Storage Giant During Tough Times

As many firms across the country begin to return to business properly, and consumers make plans to get back to shopping, socialising and travelling more, albeit with safeguards in place, we are all assessing how we have fared over the past few, tumultuous months.

Here at Storage Giant our premises have remained open throughout the COVID-19 crisis, with strict and careful precautions in place. We have been delighted with the feedback from customers and clients, many of whom have taken the time to let us know that our procedures and our teams have given them meaningful reassurance during this unusual time. Here are some of our customers talking about how we have supported them during these past months:

I booked a unit with Marc who extremely helpful and explained what measures were in place around COVID-19. When I arrived at the office I was greeted by Dean, he was also extremely helpful and very thorough when going through the paperwork, he also went through the COVID-19 procedures with me, and he walked me to my unit keeping the 2m rule at all times. During lockdown we implemented new procedures to allow customers to complete the necessary paperwork remotely, introduced induction videos to guide customers through the process of accessing their storage unit, offered appointment booking to help with social distancing and to ensure staff are on hand to help. Of course, we were also particularly scrupulous about limit the number of customers in reception at any one time and about our cleaning regimes.

We are happy that we were able to continue to offer customers full access to their rooms,  seven days a week. Clearly, the events of the past few months have given all businesses reason to scrutinise their operations and to make sure they are as user-friendly and as efficient as possible. The process has run smoothly for us, and, more importantly, for our customers, and, like all savvy businesses, we will look closely at feeding some of the most successful aspects of our COVID-19 strategies into the Storage Giant ethos.
