Staff incredibly helpful and polite, treated my mum with such respect as she had never used a facility like this before and were incredibly patient and described the whole process in great detail. The storage facility itself is clean, well maintained and the lifts are incredibly easy to use, unlike the ones we have in work, excellent security. Thanks for being so helpful and considerate with my mum, she had just moved and needed some storage space, you made the move far less stressful and your reassurance was greatly appreciated. Many thanks Matt there are plenty of other businesses that could learn a great deal from you in helping people of my mums age.

Definitely take a look at Storage Giant Cardiff, just down the road from Safestore and managed to get a bigger unit for almost half the price. Helpful staff, both Rhys and Taz were very friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices and great facility.

Great spacious, clean space and the staff is so helpful. Starting from Doina and Nigel if you go to see them or over the phone, they will always find a solution to help you. Then we have Donald, such a lovely, funny person who is so kind and always ready to help or to make sure that if you place a delivery he will be on time to pick/ drop. I can only say thank you guys.

He was very knowledgeable on the sizes and pricing of all the units and helped me figure out what kind of size I will need for my furniture. I called into your Cwmbran store today to buy some boxes and tape, the lady that served me made me aware of an offer for 10 boxes and the young gentlemen that was also serving carried them to the car for me. Thank you both for your help today.
