Our Lowest Price Guaranteed applies where a customer provides a genuine, like-for-like written quotation from another indoor self-storage provider. Where the quotation meets our criteria, Storage Giant will offer a price that is 10% lower than the qualifying competitor quotation.
To use this offer, customers must provide a copy of the competitor’s written quotation to their chosen Storage Giant store. The quotation must clearly show the competitor’s name, quotation date and quoted price. All quotations are subject to verification.
- Our Lowest Price Guaranteed rate will apply for a maximum period of 26 weeks, after which the standard storage rate applicable at that time will apply.
- Our Lowest Price Guaranteed is available to new customers only.
- The competing quotation must be genuine, current and available to the general public.
- The quotation must be provided by a self-storage operator offering a comparable indoor self-storage facility.
- The comparison must be like-for-like, including comparable unit size, rental period, access hours, facilities, service levels and any mandatory charges included within the storage agreement.
- Comparisons with container storage, outdoor storage, wooden containers, mobile storage, valet storage or other non-comparable storage services are excluded.
- The competitor must have availability of the comparable unit at the quoted price when the quotation is verified.
- The competing quotation must be publicly advertised or supplied as an official written quotation and must not include employee discounts, membership discounts, referral discounts, auction pricing, clearance pricing or other individually negotiated offers.
- The competitor’s store must be located within a 5-mile radius of your chosen Storage Giant store.
- The quotation must be dated within 7 days before the customer’s move-in date.
- The quotation must be emailed to the relevant Storage Giant store or presented as a printed copy. Verbal quotations will not be accepted.
- Price comparisons are based on the total storage rental charge, including VAT where applicable, for an equivalent rental period.
- Price comparisons are based on the storage rental charge only. Insurance/content cover and locks are excluded from the comparison.
- Our Lowest Price Guaranteed cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
- The offer is subject to unit availability.
- Storage Giant reserves the right to verify all competitor quotations before applying our Lowest Price Guaranteed.
- Storage Giant reserves the right to withdraw our Lowest Price Guaranteed at any time.
