I ended up staying for 12 months because the convenience and service were unmatched. Ben, who helped me from the start, was fantastic – super friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
Maya and Vinh were also super helpful throughout my time there, always making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff even took care of collections and deliveries for my business, which was a huge relief and took a lot of pressure off. Transferring from another storage unit to Storage Giant Cwmbran, as they have much better access, especially on Sundays. Jordan went to the effort of showing me multiple units to best fit what I needed, quick and easy registration and had a good deal for the first 3 months!
