I was served by kirsty who was absolutely amazing, brilliant customer service and super friendly. She set me up with a unit that was half the price I'd been quoted elsewhere and within 20 minutes I was signed up and the van was empty. I have been using Storage Giant for almost a year now and have to say what a fantastic service I receive from all the staff there especially Taz, the team are so friendly and helpful it’s unreal. As a fairly new start up business owner I can honestly say that using Storage Giant has made me feel confident about leaving my stock in a secured lock up unit and I can feel stress free about leaving it as I know that it is safe! Due to the circumstances of my move being last minute and during the pandemic I was extremely stressed out, which was exacerbated by my lack of knowledge of storage units in general, and was very panicked when searching for a unit.
