I’ve been with Storage Giant for years, and their facility is very clean and up to standard, unlike most.

Their service is excellent, especially Haroon, who helped me with transferring to another unit. I thought the process would be stressful, but with the help of Haroon, who was very professional and friendly, reassured me of any doubts, and made the process really easy and stress-free!

Excellent advice and help on getting the right size unit for our needs. Polite and professional. Paul and Danny are great.

Transferring from another storage unit to Storage Giant Cwmbran, as they have much better access, especially on Sundays. Jordan went to the effort of showing me multiple units to best fit what I needed, quick and easy registration and had a good deal for the first 3 months!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Storage Giant in Bristol. I initially got a personal unit in December last year and later added a business unit as well. I ended up staying for 12 months because the convenience and service were unmatched. Ben, who helped me from the start, was fantastic – super friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Maya and Vinh were also super helpful throughout my time there, always making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff even took care of collections and deliveries for my business, which was a huge relief and took a lot of pressure off. Overall, the staff made the entire process seamless, and I’d definitely recommend Storage Giant to anyone in need of storage.

I’ll be back for sure if I need more space in the future!

Really easy to set up and lots of different options (unit sizes/contract lengths) available. When arriving on site, Alex was super helpful at explaining everything, and the service was top tier.

A huge thank you to Vin, who was incredibly helpful on check-in day. He took the time to explain the whole storage process, went through what could and couldn’t be stored, and patiently answered all of my questions, making everything really straightforward.

I’d also like to thank Ben, who was fantastic over the phone and helped me secure a storage unit at a great price. I’d left booking my student storage quite late, but he managed to help me get the last unit in the size I needed.

Storage Giant Bristol was significantly cheaper than the other companies I enquired with, and the customer service from start to finish was excellent. I’m really glad I chose them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for student storage or storage generally.

Amazing customer service from Paul and Dan @Storage Giant Bicester- so helpful, from assisting with getting a new storage locker set up to unloading my kit onto a trolley and taking it to the locker.
