Really quick and easy process to store our excess items after a house move. Jack was really helpful and made the process as smooth as I could have asked for. Would definitely recommend them!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Storage Giant in Bristol. I initially got a personal unit in December last year and later added a business unit as well. I ended up staying for 12 months because the convenience and service were unmatched. Ben, who helped me from the start, was fantastic – super friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Maya and Vinh were also super helpful throughout my time there, always making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff even took care of collections and deliveries for my business, which was a huge relief and took a lot of pressure off. Overall, the staff made the entire process seamless, and I’d definitely recommend Storage Giant to anyone in need of storage.

I’ll be back for sure if I need more space in the future!

Incredible Service

I was looking for cheap storage deals in the local area, and Storage Giant seemed to be the best. 5 minutes after my online quote, I received a call from Paul at head office.

He not only beat the quotes from other storage companies, but gave me a fantastic 6-month introductory offer. The call was very pleasant and not a pushy sales call like most places.
