We also have much larger storage units available depending on your needs, so you and your housemates, course mates or team mates can join up and save money. So if your student room is too small, you’re heading out on a year abroad or you’re planning on going home between terms, contact us today for a free quote.

Amazing customer service from Paul and Dan @Storage Giant Bicester- so helpful, from assisting with getting a new storage locker set up to unloading my kit onto a trolley and taking it to the locker. Been a loyal customer since 2008, and with such friendly staff like Paul and Dan, I’m not going anywhere else for my storage needs. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I recently contacted Storage Giant while arranging a temporary house move and was very impressed with the level of customer service I received. Duncan the sales advisor, took the time to understand my requirements and clearly explained the different unit sizes, options, and pricing available, which made it much easier to decide what I needed.

What stood out most was that there was absolutely no pressure to make an immediate decision. The advisor was knowledgeable, professional, and patient, answering all of my questions clearly before giving me time to consider the options. The whole process was straightforward, transparent, and customer-focused.

Excellent service from start to finish, and I would highly recommend Storage Giant to anyone looking for storage during a house move.

Incredible Service

I was looking for cheap storage deals in the local area, and Storage Giant seemed to be the best. 5 minutes after my online quote, I received a call from Paul at head office.

He not only beat the quotes from other storage companies, but gave me a fantastic 6-month introductory offer. The call was very pleasant and not a pushy sales call like most places.

Thanks for all your help, Paul, really appreciated all your help!

I’ve had an outstanding experience with Storage Giant in Bristol. I initially got a personal unit in December last year and later added a business unit as well. I ended up staying for 12 months because the convenience and service were unmatched. Ben, who helped me from the start, was fantastic – super friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Maya and Vinh were also super helpful throughout my time there, always making everything smooth and stress-free. The staff even took care of collections and deliveries for my business, which was a huge relief and took a lot of pressure off. Overall, the staff made the entire process seamless, and I’d definitely recommend Storage Giant to anyone in need of storage.

I’ll be back for sure if I need more space in the future!

I originally took a storage unit with them for one year, and I’ve ended up extending it again and again because this company has been absolutely amazing. The team have been so incredibly helpful with everything — especially when I needed help updating card details and sorting payments while being in different countries. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them.

They’re always so friendly to talk to, genuinely considerate, and really go out of their way to help make things easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find customer service this kind and reliable these days.

I’ve had such a positive experience with them from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage!
