Storage Giant Reaches 1000 Google Reviews!

We are delighted to have reached the fantastic milestone of 1000 Google reviews! Thank-you to our amazing colleagues across the Storage Giant family for helping us to hit this key milestone, and to all of our fantastic customers for taking the time to let us know how we are meeting and exceeding their self-storage and flexi-office needs.

In these testing times for businesses across all sectors and industries, it is more important than ever that we consistently keep our customers happy. Our reviews also allow us to show potential customers that we offer the best service, along with the best prices and best storage facilities in the industry, whilst at the same time, always operating safely!

We really started focussing keenly on customer reviews back in November 2017, with a passionate team in place being the root to our success. Our dedicated team deliver consistent world class service and because of this, we have now exceeded over 1,000 google review milestone and all of our self storage stores now have a star rating of 4.8 or above. We continue to put our customers at the heart of everything we do and will continue to encourage our clients to let us know when we have done a great job. At the same time, we keep encouraging feedback on how we can do better – it great having positive feedback, but even more important to continue listening and learning so we evolve in any areas that can be improved.
