Storage Giant has installed the latest Digitech access control, security and CCTV system to ensure our customer's property is safe at all times. These are just some of the security measures we take:

Alarm system 

The entire facility is protected by a state of the art NACOSS Gold certified security system, which monitors each individual storage unit, all entry and exit points, as well as all the internal spaces. We even have a laser matrix (although we can't tell you too much about that) and the entire system is monitored 24/7. If a breach is detected both Police and staff will be on site within minutes.

24hr digital CCTV

Every area of our Newport super storage centre is monitored 24/7 by a huge number of security cameras. All the footage is recorded in real-time for viewing at a later date.

Fire alarms and smoke detectors

Our buildings are equipped with the latest fire and smoke detection systems on every floor. All fire exit routes are clearly marked so that in the unlikely event of a fire you can safely make your way out of the building to a collection point.

Perimeter security fence

The entire perimeter of the facility is surrounded by a security fence and access to the site is computer controlled. Every outside area is monitored 24/7 by numerous CCTV cameras strategically located around the property. The building itself is only accessible by clients using their PIN code.

Well lit corridors with intercom points

Unlike other dark and uninviting storage facilities, our Newport super storage centre is extremely well lit. We make sure that there is absolutely no reason why anyone would feel uncomfortable storing with us. Intercom points are located throughout the facility, so if you run into any problems a member of staff can assist you in seconds. If it's a problem that can't be solved quickly then a member of staff will come to your aid.

24/7 access and your PIN code

If you are one of our 24/7 access customers, your unique PIN code will enable you to enter the site and building securely at anytime outside our normal opening hours.  All customers will need their PIN code to access the main building during normal business hours.

Storage Giant facilities are modern, bright and airy with the latest security, fire warning and protection systems. There are wide access staircases, loading bays, high capacity goods lift and plenty of onsite parking, and with the lowest prices around why go anywhere else!
